Your agents can handle up to maximum 5 chats at a time. The figure can be decided by you. You can decide how many chats each agent can engage in based on their typing skills.

What kind of stuff can I send through PUSH requests?

You can send files as well as html links through PUSH requests. Our server allows you to place files at our end, how many ever you choose and then you simply can send a push file request and a download will start at the user end. Same thing goes for pushed link requests. Send a pushed link for the desired web page and the same will open at the users end.

How can chat be implemented on my site?

We send you an admin. ID and password which you can use to gain access to your admin. page. This page will allow you to make all and sundry modifications as well as allow you to view reports and customize your chat.

Our one operator license allows you to chat with only 5 users at the same time. If you think your agents will have to handle more than 5 conversations at one single time, you should go in for multiple operator licenses.

Are any special devices required?

As long as you are able to surf the Internet properly. That's all that is required.

Can I have more than one chat button on my site?

You can have any number of buttons on your site & you can design the look and feel of your buttons. If you wish our designers to design your buttons, do ask our sales agent and he will help you out.

How will I know when someone enters to chat?

Once your agent is logged in to chat and is ready to receive requests. His computer will start beeping as soon as someone enters to chat provided the agents machine is equipped with speakers and an audio card.
